Have you ever felt too uncomfortable or shy to join a public class but you want to see what yoga is? Or maybe you suffer from anxiety or insomnia and need help unwinding at the end of the day. Perhaps you are too busy to seek out a yoga class at a studio, or prefer to go straight home at the end of the day. If the above is speaking to you, Virtual Yoga is for you! One good thing to come out of the Covid19 shutdown is many people are now used to attending online yoga classes, and I can tell you during that time, I taught a bunch of them with students from all over the world. 

Virtual yoga can bridge the gap between a private lesson in person, and a class at a studio. With readily available virtual technology it’s a great way to sample many different types of yoga from the comfort of your own home. 

Online yoga is AWESOME! My favorite classes to teach are Gentle Stretch and Yoga Nidra, as well as Vinyasa Happy Hour. I am always about community and I love the virtual connections we are building.
